• Completed seven platform investments, two add-on acquisitions and two recapitalizations resulting in a total investment of over $200 million.
• Analyzed and structured prospective mezzanine and equity investments by conducting extensive financial and operational due diligence across through financial modeling and analyses, industry and business research and valuation assessments.
