• Managed Brazil (approx. USD $400Millions revenues annually) month-end closing in IFRS and USGAAP, monthly reconciliations accounts in the Blackline system, SOX compliance and internal and external audit.
• Managed the implementation, hiring and training processes of the new Shared Service Center in Colombia as well as the transition of the SSC from Miami to Colombia (more than USD $2 million of cost saving per year) .
