Following acquisition of Associated Tileworks, retained as part of new PE owners’ aggressive growth plan. Within two
years, promoted to COO, leading a team of 100+ across multi-location manufacturing, inventory control, pricing,
customer support, IT, accounting, and commercial sales departments. Due to significant C-level turnover, continuing
losses and resignation of PE board, appointed CEO by original founder and majority stockholder.

initiatives, inventory management, cost and quality control, human resource development, team building, and safety

automate, improve accuracy of stonework and meet delivery needs of large, complex commercial projects. Supervised
team of 15, while managing production operations and leading continuous process improvement projects.
