As the Corporate Controller, I was responsible for over 70 finance professionals across the world, segmented into 4 regions, each with direct accountability to me. Reporting to the CFO, I was responsible for the entire g/l, monthly reporting of financial statements and summaries to management and the Board, as well as various initiatives and projects each region had. I assisted varying operational groups and VPs in areas such as better labor cost reporting and control, & SGA reduction.
