Lead all due diligence and underwriting for new platform investments. Conduct origination efforts including intermediary, business owner, and senior executive outreach

Direct the identification, evaluation and execution of strategic partnerships, M&A opportunities, and new market and revenue stream incubation. Manage all go-to-market and operational functions related to new partnerships including onboarding new integration partners, coordinating product development, overseeing launch planning and implementation, crafting customer communications, and developing sales and marketing campaigns to drive customer awareness and adoption

• Identify and assess investment opportunities in venture and growth stage technology and healthcare companies
• Prepare investment committee materials for potential investments that include financial and valuation analyses, market research, due diligence findings, and returns analyses

• Evaluated, executed, and structured acquisitions and minority investments across the marketing technology, internet infrastructure, and data / information services industries; primary responsibilities include identifying potential acquisition targets, building multi-scenario valuation and operating models, developing financing alternatives analyses, performing market research, crafting “buy vs. build” analyses, managing transaction due diligence, and negotiating purchase agreements

• Performed detailed valuation analyses utilizing leveraged buyout, accretion / dilution, discounted cash flow, and public and transaction comparable methodologies
• Led preliminary due diligence; authored transaction marketing materials including offering memoranda and management presentations
• Identified and contacted potential strategic and financial acquirers; coordinated buyer due diligence inquiries and visits; participated in negotiation of purchase agreements
