XpertiseNow is a first-of-its-kind SaaS Platform that connects specialist consulting firms, intelligent solutions and businesses to deliver greater value. XpertiseNow will be launching in the USA in early 2022 and I have joined as the US Country CEO to lead the business through to launch. My responsibilities include launch planning, marketing, sales, P&L, business model design, entity establishment, hiring the long-term USA country president and leadership team.

The North American Advisory Board supports the University’s North American objectives, partnering with Deans, Deputy Vice Chancellors and UTS Advancement Unity. Our primary focus areas include industry engagement, philanthropy, alumni, innovation and brand. I was asked to join the Board and take the Chair by the Vice Chancellor and Vice President of UTS Advancement. I lead this Board which is made up of UTS graduates working in Senior Executive roles in North America.

SavvyCard is re-inventing the way consumers, businesses and products connect through a versatile, mobile-first digital SaaS platform that will change commerce and customer experience in the auto, real-estate and retail sectors.
I work with the CEO and leadership team in an advisory capacity to help shape and execute strategy in key areas critical for growth, including go-to market, product evolution, enterprise sales, customer engagement and partnering.

I work with CEOs & Boards of a range of companies to provide independent advice and senior level guidance on scaling, revenue growth, new markets, raising capital & expanding margins. I currently work particularly closely with a Customer Speech Analytics SaaS Platform Provider & a Cyber Security Identity Management SaaS Platform Provider. My focus includes sales team development, channel strategy, fund raising, asset sales, product development, growth strategy, go-to market & customer success.

Responsible for working closely with senior executives and board members of leading organizations to solve complex, strategic business challenges through targeted diagnosis and transformation. These challenges encompassed areas such as revenue growth, margin improvement, compliance breakdowns, supply chain issues, digital enablement, cost reduction, shared service establishment, financial reporting, risk management, organization transformation and product development.

Firm Sector Leader for Technology, Media & Technology in addition to Partner-in-Charge of the Technology, Media &Telecommunications Management Consulting Business. Responsible for strategy, P&L, operations & financials, growth & delivery. Worked with executives to drive major business & technology reforms: Product rationalization & simplification; customer experience improvement; operations transformation & productivity; product innovation; cost reduction, market growth and EBITDA improvement.

Accountable for setting strategy, P&L, maintaining key C-level relationships, development of solutions in business strategy, technology delivery, systems integration, managed services, distributed delivery and outsourcing. Working with executives to drive business and technology transformation and outsourcing / shared service agendas.

Accountable for software practice in North America. Accountable for the leadership of a 50+ person practice and P&L focused on the development and delivery of solutions to US Tier 1 clients. Responsible for working with clients to drive business and technology transformation.

Responsible for the successful delivery of consulting engagements and transformation programs across a range of clients.
