Ms. Rothhouse leads business development efforts and client delivery for SynaVoice. She provides strategic communications consulting at FHA and is developing a collateral campaign for Single Family Housing targeting first-time homebuying millennials. For the sixth year in a row, she is leading the development, distribution and analysis of the Treasury’s Fiscal Service’s 2019 Customer Satisfaction Survey delivered to 25,000 Federal employees.
