Leveraging digital transformation technology, consolidated the pharmacy benefits of 1,000 PBM clients onto a single platform using new application of ETL technology as part of the merger of Medco and Express Scripts.
Managed a synergy portfolio that delivered more than $30M in annual savings by streamlining processes and eliminating duplicate functions.

Launched 6 products with $2.5B in annual revenue to position Medco to compete in new markets created by Medicare Part D, including direct-to-consumer, health plan and employer products.
Led a multi-disciplinary core team that interpreted guidance, documented requirements and developed software and new processes, implementing more than 400 new requirements.
