•Managed team of four members from India, Egypt, & China, on a project focused on building a sustainable, revenue-generating business model for a Sri Lankan non-profit called Practical Answers, focused on helping small entrepreneurs through knowledge & technical skill dissemination. The final report for Practical Action, IBM, and the UK's Department for International Development, included qualitative & secondary research analysis, social impact assessment framework, and a business plan with market analysis.

•Oversaw communication, recruitment and administration of an international education program for FSU's four international campuses (London, Florence, Valencia, Panama City). Coordinated all financial and programmatic management of initiatives focused on establishing and expanding the university's global presence, training education leaders around Europe, and developing partnerships with other institutions of higher education.

•Managed team of four members from Slovakia, China, Korea, & Israel on a project for CARE International focused on theoretically & quantitatively linking financial inclusion to macro-economic growth & financial development in sub-Saharan Africa.
