I lead the development of the iBUILD global start-up financial strategy, including the implementation and globalization of financial reporting standards. I am responsible for the management of the global financial Cloud platform and localization in each market. At present offices in Kenya, South Afirca, India and Nigeria.

• Assist and implement in formulating the start-up Company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives.
• Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans.
• Growing portfolio through M&A from $4MM to $800MM in fixed assets in less than 24 months
• Implementing Cloud financial technology, reporting directly to Private Equity Board in NY
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting of the Company. Manage the Company’s capital and budgeting processes.

• Supervise all daily operations, reorganize all financial / operational reporting, implement lean process analysis and global policy & procedures, and initiate global reporting and budget consolidation in 72 nations.
• Led the restructure of the global financial /budget reporting with the implementation of Cloud technology. Migrated 30 years of historical data in three months.

• Developed a high performing team to consolidate and forecast $2.1BN portfolio by region and technology (wind, solar, nuclear, gas, oil) For US, Canada and Spain.
• Conducted assessment, review and automation of existing financial systems. Launched dashboard implementation to allow for daily executive level business review through Six Sigma process cycle time reductions saving $3.5MM annually based on automation improvements.

• Grew LATAM revenue in 23 countries subsequent to 9/11. Responsible for the complete financial management of the G4S Latin America and Caribbean division which included a total of 26 countries with revenues and EBITDA totaling over 450 and 45 million USD respectively.
• Strategic responsibilities included the involvement in all aspects of the development and implementation of the LATAM business plan; all aspects of M&A activities.

• Assumed responsibility for identifying and implementing Concurrent Audits on multi-million dollar development bank projects in Latin America
• Coordinate the short-listing and tracking of about US$3.8bn with in-country KPMG partners and managers of multi-lateral, multi-lingual and multi-disciplinary commitments.

• Carried out the disbursement of PPF # 749 OC/EC (US$250,000) and IDB Loan No. # 874 (US$30 million), in Ecuador.
• Prepare the annual budget with a cash flow of approximately US$10 million in coordination with the other Directions.
• Control expenses within budgetary constraints.

• Supplied tax and business consultancy to foreign investors. Advised major oil companies doing business in the Amazon Basin. Major oil clients served include: ARMCO, Baker Hughes, OXY, Duke Energy
• Responsible for the review, correction and translation of all international audit reports for multinational corporations
