The Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIM-B) is a leading business school with a dedicated research division that offers recommendations to the Government of India on various issues related to sustainability management. Research Associate 07/2019 – 02/2020 Drafted proposals, received a grant, and conducted research for a study on 'Assessment and Evaluation of Business and Human Rights Reporting by Corporate India' for the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC). The key research questions were:
• To comprehensively assess the commitment of corporates on labor/employee rights through analysis of corporate responsibility disclosures made by companies and
