Responsible for evaluating and executing investments primarily in the Media and Business Services space
Perform extensive industry, business, and financial due diligence on a broad range of transactions including LBOs, add-on acquisitions and recapitalizations
Create operating and financial models to evaluate growth opportunities, cash-flows and capital structures
Collaborate with CEO’s to provide ongoing support and supervision for 8 portfolio companies, including developing strategy

Perform detailed valuation analyses using a variety of methodologies, including discounted cash flow, leveraged buyout, precedent transaction, trading comparable, liquidation, and recovery techniques
Prepare client marketing materials and presentations based upon analysis performed and diligence conducted
