● Interim CFO for Cresilon, a privately held, series-Chealthcare/medtech company. During a 1-year assignment, worked with a 3-person staff to rebuild finance functions, including: financial reporting, payroll process, and cash management; remade chart of accounts; rebuilt financial models; developed weekly cash-flow controls; and created first effective unit cost model/breakeven analysis. Assembled and led capital raising/corporate development group, drawing team members from across firm. Raised a $1.5 million credit facility for a company with a poor credit history; selected firm, negotiated contract, and oversaw company's first audit.
•Interim CFO for The Center on Rural Innovation, a non-profit supporting tech-based entrepreneurship and job creation in rural America.
