Atkins Management Consulting
Consultant
1/2004 - 1/2007
Starting as a Business Excellence Consultant, the first assignment involved working with a long-term road maintenance contractor responsible for managing the East Midlands road network in England. The introduction and monitoring of various KPIs were carried out to align with the Highways Agency's overall strategy and objectives. Additionally, a continuous improvement tool was developed to support the firm's performance across all verticals. Building on this experience, the second assignment involved undertaking feasibility studies to introduce traffic control centres and sub-regional offices throughout the English highway network. This work laid the foundation for my third assignment - an international innovation program called PIM, involving the UK, Netherlands, and Belgium. By leading knowledge-sharing initiatives, valuable insights were exchanged on performance management, road and waterway asset management, and public-private partnerships.
