-Maintaining databases, extracting information and developing metrics to measure and improve overall performance and support business decisions - Power BI, Excel, Control Tower -Analyzing operations, including performance and productivity data, error rates and root causes -Monitoring and analyzing reports to identify operational issues throughout the supply chain. -Delivering monthly reports to the management from global data to be able to make the best decisions. -Working with huge amount of data in Excel, SAP.

-Working on making the logistics process as smooth as possible, keeping in touch with the manufacturer, building strategy for expansion. -Managing stock levels, dealing with suppliers. Setting prices and margins. -Choosing the fulfillment provider, based on price and operation -Managing supplier contracts -Supplying the Deutchse Telekom with mobile accessories and making sure the orders are fulfilled most effectively from the 6 suppliers, considering their stock and price data. -Helping in the development of own ERP system – Scrum, Agile Methodology -Ensuring project delivery within scope, time, cost, and quality parameters

-Managed supplier relationships, coordinated logistics, optimized inventory, and ensured regulatory compliance across CEE markets.
