● My role is to lead the technology practice, looking after the ecosystem of tools in the extended workforce space.

We have embarked on a journey to raise the bar of the extended workforce management industry. For a number of years, we have seen an increasing need for a dedicated extended workforce technology specialist company. The large consultancies don't specialise in VMS or any other EWM tools; VMS providers are challenged to build or maintain high level resources and MSP providers can't offer a career path for these uniquely skilled individuals. We believe that we can help all three major camps in the extended workforce management arena and do our part to move the industry forward at the same time. There is nothing more frustrating than unrecognised potential, so we will be attempting to help all of you achieve all of the goals that you set for your EWM solutions.

Leading a small rockstar team looking after the overall product strategy for the portfolio of products with our extended workforce platform. Focusing on solution leadership by ensuring alignment of roadmap to product vision, support sales and business development, understand and engage with the broader market and participating and assess areas for growth - including build vs buy decisions.

Coupa is the #1 business spend management platform. As part of that platform, the unified Coupa Continent Workforce (CCW) module is changing the game in how businesses manage their external workforce.

As an SME for Coupa's Contingent Workforce module, my role was to fuse together Sales, Alliances, Professional Services, Product and Marketing to grow CCW in EMEA.

Responsible for building the business in EMEA, starting with consulting and growing into data services.
