Performed a multitude of functions for a large mixed use project in Miami. During time w/ the company project grew from one property to a 2 acre ocean front development. Managed all underwriting, asset management, and capital markets. During time handled all project financing including two real estate operating loans and a land loan. Managed the creation of all project collateral and corporate outreach. Produced a variety of monthly and annual reports for principal investors.
