• Research used to identify the most efficient approaches to patient communication and marketing. Often this involves deployment of social media/digital tactics.
• Work includes development of brand launch strategies, ROI analysis and tracking/measurement of campaign outcomes.
• Specifically worked on campaigns for CVS, AstraZeneca and Zoetis Pharmaceuticals.

• Worked directly with the analytic team to develop an emotional testing approach that became a model for the industry. This approach is now used to measure lower conscious selection/preference for brands.
