• Currently building a large language model-based solution for Washington, D.C.-based law firm to optimize their workflow for analyzing and adjusting legal documents.

• Managed a portfolio of over 30 Cloud, Hybrid, and On-Prem products that are inputs into internally built applications, including the Artificial Intelligence, Data & Analytics, and Site Reliability product families.
• Led the productionalization of Cloud-based AI/ML and Data & Analytics products for application teams, in particular the Vertex AI platform, Document AI, and Looker Core.
• Consolidated the product management practices of Cloud, Hybrid, and On-Prem software products by implementing a new governance framework, complete with centralized demand management and roadmapping.
• Rectified audit points raised by the European Central Bank, the Federal Reserve, and our internal audit function by working with both internal stakeholders (i.e. various internal councils) and external ones (i.e. Google).

• Managed the development process of the Elucidate Financial Crime Index, a data-driven model that benchmarks a bank's level of money laundering and terrorism financing risk with that of its peers.
• Aligned stakeholders from the business, public sector, product, and technology teams to settle on a long term product roadmap that included new artificial intelligence methods of identifying risk as well as expanded coverage of new verticals (i.e. non-bank financial institutions).
• Conducted official validation for the model in compliance with the European Union Benchmark Regulation and
managed both the internal and external oversight functions.
• Ran and led proof-of-concept projects with large corporate and public sector entities such as Standard Chartered Bank and the Bundesfinanzministerium.

• Trained an AI-based engine to detect emerging fraud trends by coding new variables and fine-tuning settings for various contexts.
• Developed Python tools to automate transaction data analysis and decision-making processes, enhancing the
scalability of the analyst team's work.
