Led project teams through the full investment cycle comprising of: deal origination, due diligence (commercial, financial, operational, regulatory and legal); preparing business models and target company valuations; presenting investment opinions to internal/external stakeholders; syndicating co-investors/co-financiers; contract negotiations.

- The sale of TW by RWE (Germany) to a consortium led by Macquarie Bank of Australia (value of US$15bn).
