Responsibilities include leading the delivery of advisory/consulting services, custom software solutions and implementation of the SaaS platform modules; A trusted advisor who successfully manages the company’s high profile client relationships; Work closely with the product engineering group and the PS engineering team to define, build, deliver software solutions and process improvements for clients; Participate in prospective client meetings, RFPs, scope definitions, calculating project costs/fees, project timelines and creating the resulting SOW. Effectively manage a large team of delivery (Made up of: Analysts, Consultants, Managers, Senior Managers, and Directors) and engineering (Technical Project Managers, Senior Developers, Junior Developers, QAs, and Directors) professionals distributed in the US, India, and Argentina.
