Oversee all aspects of the financial and HR functions of this legal software start-up. Serve as key voice on management team in making strategic decisions in a highly dynamic environment.

Served as first full-time CFO for this hospitality tech company. Put controls in place, including first ever budgets and cash controls, and worked with owner and CEO to sell company to PE firm in $18mm transaction in Dec 2013.

Served as CFO for this non-profit school with mission to low-income families. Oversaw all non-educational aspects of the operations (finance, HR, building/grounds, etc.).

Came on board immediately after 3 acquisitions that doubled size of company to $100mm. Saw company through an IPO in May 2003 and eventually through an $800mm leveraged-buyout to take the company back private in May 2006. Responsible for financial reporting, treasury management, audit and tax liaisons, and due diligence for multiple acquisition transactions.
