• Established the function in Bangalore and fostered strong relationships with senior management in ANZ Bangalore.
• Managed global reviews of ANZ's Procurement function, offshore centre in Manila, Branch in Indonesia, Market Operations in USA and UK. The reviews covered audit of banking processes (e.g. trade financing, lending, payment processing, markets and KYC compliance).
• Developed the strategy for monitoring risks and auditing ANZ's Offshore delivery centers
• Developed the implementation plan for increasing data analytics in ANZ's Global Internal Audit Function.
