Worked in tandem with the President on all strategic initiatives, including new product launches, acquisition and pricing strategies.

Responsible for developing and leading the entirety of the finance and accounting function for a $70B asset management subsidiary.

Negotiated a management buy-out of a public company subsidiary. Successfully raised financing from private equity and two lenders to fund the deal. Built the financial systems and managed all relationships with external service providers and banks.

Led the finance and accounting, contracts and legal and human resources functions. Created a management presentation and secured meetings with venture capital firms for purposes of raising equity.
