Supported Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) of Hawaii's Federal Employee Program (FEP) unit, working with both internal and external stakeholders for successful administration of the Program and operations. Held a lead role in project analysis and planning for NextGen, a multi-year, multimillion-dollar transformational program for BCBS companies nationwide.
› Led the development & implementation of a novel, NextGen application, Member360 to replace a legacy application, working directly with the Product Manager (who was based in Washington, DC), ensuring a successful implementation.
› Analyzed, developed, and documented requirements (both functional and non-functional) for cyclical software releases, which occurred on a quarterly basis with R4 (Release 4) in Q4 being the busiest release due to EOY deliverables, activities, etc.
› Supported corporate testing activities, including identifying and executing test cases, documenting testing results, and escalating issues or defects.

Provided reporting, research, and analysis support as a member of the Consulting Development Section, a team responsible for aiding the Blue Cross and Blue Shield (BCBS) companies nationwide of the Federal Employee Program (FEP) in their challenges, operations, and future technology direction. Represented the company at the Spring 2016 U. of Maryland Career Fair in College Park, MD, selected by the company to be a Representative for the newly-formed College Hire Program.
› Built and developed briefings, reports, and presentations for the Section and Senior and Executive Leadership, facilitating high-level customer analysis and decision-making.
› Created new National Conference Briefing Books for the bi-annual FEP conferences (FTC and TSS) and provided onsite/offsite logistical support for the conferences, which all achieved attendee satisfaction ratings of 90% or better.

Served as a Guest Researcher for the Atomic Spectroscopy Group (ASD), a subdivision of the Quantum Measurement Division (QMD) at NIST, beginning the summer after my sophomore year in college as an undergraduate student in June 2011.
› Contributed to the advancement of the Atomic Spectroscopy Group's Atomic Spectra Database (ASD), working alongside two highly-distinguished physicists, Dr. Joseph Reader (https://www.nist.gov/people/joseph-reader) and Dr. Alexander Kramida (https://www.nist.gov/people/alexander-kramida), developing, analyzing, and reviewing spectroscopic data tables, utilizing Excel, performing many different functions pertaining to each data set, such as Lookup functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX and MATCH, etc.), Pivot Tables, Text to Columns, Conditional Formatting, etc.
