I joined The Salmon Consulting at its inception to help launch the business, structure the organization, and drive growth. As a Board member, I held a dual role as Director and COO, playing a key role in the company’s rapid development: expanding from 1 to 20 employees, achieving strong revenue growth, and successfully integrating within the Havas and Vivendi groups.

I was in charge of the Financial Services Practice, overseeing all projects for clients in the financial industry. This role allowed me to work with most major French banks, as well as investment funds, insurers, and other financial institutions.

My expertise lay in strategic consulting, with a strong focus on foresight, helping my clients anticipate their long-term challenges and opportunities.
