• Provide strategic M&A advice and capital markets financing to global clients including renewable energy and energy storage companies, regulated electric and gas utilities and financial sponsors
• Perform LBO, DCF, comparable company, precedent transaction and sum-of-the-parts valuation analyses
• Generate pitch books, industry discussion materials, marketing materials and internal committee memos

• Advised financial sponsor and corporate clients on debt transactions including leveraged buyouts, high yield bond issuances and leveraged loan offerings
• Analyzed capital structures to identify optimal financing packages to support acquisitions, deleveraging and refinancings
• Conducted and reviewed due diligence to test critical assumptions in discounted cash flow analyses and focused on various debt paydown scenarios while developing marketing materials for potential high yield investors
