Our main goal is offering an invaluable connection while strengthening the impact of change management in various professional areas.
• Global: As part of the Digital Learning and collaboration Committee we focused on change management education, engagement, and collaborative knowledge transfer across ACMP members. Lead an effective change management strategy focused on PepsiCo Positive the biggest sustainability end to end transformation the company has ever undertaken. The transformation was expanded to 6 sectors of Latin America impacting more than 76K internal employees and achieving 100% awareness, as reflected in the Organizational Health Survey, exceeding target by 7% (2022: 77% - 2023: 84%).

Successfully managed 7 cross-functional teams including seniors’ representatives from IT, EHS, Change Management, Sustainability, HR, Learning, Talent Management, and Corporate Affairs. (+63HC of CARICAM, MÉXICO, BRASILl, ANDINOS, SOCO).

Established of PEP+ adoption and usage metrics in support of 2023-2024 cultural light path goals achieving 100% of mitigation rate 100% stakeholders reached and 95% positive perception.

Built a strong community of advocates that stood out as a sector by winning the annual global funding round and raising over $100,000 USD in the budget. .

Co-created the change management strategy of back to work transition "Work that Works", impacting 60% of PepsiCo internal employees. Reaching 100% of mitigation rate, 99% adoption, 100% stakeholders reached and 97% positive perception.

Engaged senior stakeholders to promote the integration of “PepsiCo te Cuida Project” into the Employee Value Proposition, incrementing 50% of the participation which impacted more than 40K internal employees across country.

Lead the training implementation process of “CONECTADOS Digital Transformational Project” for our sales force ,
managed more than 20 seniors’ stakeholders and impacted more than 200 distribution centers of North México.

Created a new knowledge transfer process which reduced the learning curve of middle management by 40% and digitalized this process into an exclusive MVPS development training by leading a team of 6 Learning Senior Coordinator.
