Was also responsible to lead testing efforts and train end users.

Additionally, oversaw a budget of 2M - 3M and was responsible for client relationship management.

Project Management efforts included building out a supply chain interface between SAP and a third party software vendor for the DLA and migrating a loan processing system for ED to a Mainframe platform. Also drove development efforts of Accenture and contractor consultants.
