As the Founder and Principal Consultant at Red Hills Consulting Group, I provide expert consulting services to Fortune 500
corporations and mission-driven non-profits. My consultancy specializes in designing and executing high-impact, enterprise
wide initiatives that drive transformation, operational excellence, and long-term growth.
Scope of projects are primarily focused on Global enterprise-wide strategic initiatives: Multi-year Global Transformation Programs, Organization Design, Global Finance Transformation (CFO Advisory), and Strategy Program Management Office (PMO). • Member of the ELT leading vision, best practices, and direction of the Project Management Office (PMO)
• Partnering with Groupe Client Lead (GCL) to drive and monitor operational excellence and set strategic goals in support of Client objectives
• Leading a cross-functional team of eight Program Managers across our multiple agencies; successfully delivering on over 60 workstreams across six lines of business - from brief development to final completion

• Led the management and execution of all elements of delivering enterprise-wide projects. These elements include scope definition and control, stakeholder alignment, project planning, resource and risk management, project leadership and communication; guiding project team activities to meet project and business objectives, and approval of project recommendations through stage gate decision forums as part of Revlon’s Innovation Development Process.
• Successfully led all elements of project execution for 19 global programs and PMO lead of the rebranding strategy of Almay (Portfolio segment).
