- Overall sales responsibility for Switzerland Retail and Foodservice
- Developing and executing sales strategy and account plans including budget, invest and promotion strategy

- Sales and profit responsibility for the whole Retail Channel
- Team development and annual rolling marketing and customer activity plans ensuring business, brand and commercial objectives are fully aligned and met
- Accountable for leading and defining the key account strategy for sales aligned with broad company strategy and achieving agreed annual sales and profit budgets

- Contribute to development of European Discount Channel Strategy based on generated shopper insights
- Liaise with Int. Marketing departments to develop and drive growth in Discount Channel Europe
- Create platform for sharing cross category and cross country promotions and support local Key Account Management with channel insights for building channel plans

- Review and optimisation of sales and marketing processes in North-/ South America and Europe, i.e. Customer and Trade Marketing-, Category-, Brand Marketing- and Integrated Business Plans, Go To Market Approaches, Innovation Process, Trade Terms Mgmt, Promotion Effectiveness and also Performance Mgmt, HR
- Perform audits as Team Leader with projects of up to 8 people

- Management and development of national retail chains such as petrol-, convenience-, kiosk-, food chains, vending and distributors: ie. Valora, K-Kiosk, Selecta, McDonald’s, Tamoil, Avia, Pistor, Scana on Lipton Ice Tea, food, ice cream and Home- and Personal Care
