Project managed the development of a client facing business banking digital platform that consolidated numerous commercial banking products and services including loans, LOC, ACH, merchant, lock box, statements, and other treasure services.
• Project managed commercial payments hub upgrades and rollout of new functionality.
• Effectively lead 3 projects with 6 workstreams for the commercial bank to roll out a new AML system connected to nCino and back end data.

• Assisted a national bank in developing business requirements for a new commercial loan origination system.
• Assisted a West Coast Bank in evaluating vendor RFI responses for a new loan origination system by developing a vendor scoring model of business and functional requirements.
