Naval Liaison to US Embassies in 18 countries. Managed divisions of between 15-50 highly skilled technicians responsible for the maintenance, analysis, and operation of propulsion-related and support systems. Directly supervised key nuclear reactor plant watchstanders, led technical training and managed divisional quality assurance program.
