- Lead the monthly close and forecasting process for Software's $3 billion in development and product support spend which ends in me presenting key insights to our CFO while outlining the actions needed to achieve our quarterly target
- Provide ad hoc support to our team of 20 global financial analysts while also continuously improving both the quantity and quality of the data available to them to help ensure that finance remains a trusted partner within Software

- Subject matter expert for all non-FTE spend (Cloud, 3rd Party Software, Contractors, Facilities, Internal Charges, IT Equipment, Consulting, Compliance, etc.) across all of the Software organization totaling $2 billion
- Collaborated across Software and the broader IBM Corporation to optimize the external portion of our non-FTE spend and drove $60 million in year-over-year savings

- Worked with Software's Data and AI CFO, controller and line team (GM, product, and strategy) to create a long-range plan, and also defined the strategic themes that were the focus of the budget process
- Allocated and loaded our budget ($6 billion in revenue and $3 billion in spend) across all of our products and markets
- Prepared decks and supporting models for long-range planning and budget reviews with the IBM CFO and Chairman

- Managed the monthly close and forecasting process for Software's Data and Al $3 billion in total spend in order to understand large variances that helped to explain our financial performance in that given month or quarter
- Designed and implemented teamwide system and process improvement initiatives to ensure timely financial reporting, improve forecast accuracy, and decrease the time spent on recurring tasks by at least 50%

- Spearheaded the monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and quarterly long-range planning for corporate and our advertising operating units such as Condé Nast and Reddit
- Collaborated with other corporate groups such as Tax Planning, Treasury, and Accounting as well as finance counterparts at the operating units on a regular basis to help inform FP&A's assumptions in its deliverables

- Led the forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning process for all of Viacom's capital expenditures totaling $225 million and for a portion of Viacom's global technology expenses totaling $90 million
