Texture Technologies sells texture analysis equipment to large brands and universities across North America. My job is to tease out the compelling stories of the scientists and brands using these tools and the problems they are solving with them. I am the primary voice and storyteller behind all the company's social media efforts, blog, newsletter, and website.

I provide ad hoc marketing consulting and business coaching to a variety of brands and organizations. I enjoy working with parent-owned businesses and products focused on families, non-profits addressing social justices issues, and plant-based food products startups.

As the company's Boston area voice, I opened up the Boston Metro Area for Tinkergarten, an outdoor education for kids startup. I developed a variation of the brand story that resonated with the local area audience. In addition to recruiting local parents to lead classes, I also managed the brand's local marketing and events.

I co-founded Spinfish Web in 1997 as a web development firm. We successfully launched many websites until 2003 when we decided to re-invent the company as a software as a service company, Beeliner Surveys. I was the sole marketing effort for the brand and successfully signed on several large North American companies to use our service. These include Babies 'R Us, Toys 'R Us, ManuLife, John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance, Tyco, and more.

I managed the day to day operations of the company's Boston area creative services department. In addition to managing a team of designers and freelancers, I also worked with several of the company's international offices to bring the company's products and services online at the very beginning of the dot-com era.
