As the Chief Operating and Financial Officer, I was responsible for all day to day G&A as well as client delivery on the operations side. I also drove the majority of the strategic growth initiatives such as pivoting the business into a saas revenue model and spinning up offshore teams both on the operations and engineering side. We built the business from scratch into a VC funded technology platform that allowed brands and agencies to manage digital advertising campaigns.
