Co-designed EPM’s integration with PowerPlant for capital project allocations and billing methods. Effectively transitioned ownership to client finance leadership.

• Defined strategy, methodology, and design of cost and profitability models which enhanced business analysis, external industry-based benchmarking, and rate case filings. Led client/ consultant team to create sustainable models within PeopleSoft EPM and reporting within Cognos for on-going analysis of activity costs, resource deployment, system/ vendor costs, and strategic product/ customer decisions.

• Evaluated business technology requests, developed requirements, created technical specifications, and directed programming and operations teams in the design and development of solutions.
• Drove establishment of products which increased fee income by $500K. Guided team to implement system enhancements, modify product offerings, assess customer impact for largest merger ($850M).
Investor Accounting Supervisor – Mortgage Company
• Managed staff to reconcile clearing accounts, general ledger activity and daily cash flows. Approved daily borrowing of funds ($20-$50M). Created controls that resulted in superior auditors’ opinion.
