Reporting to the CIO, runs the digital innovation business unit that is responsible for the investment in Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Managing a team of 13, is responsible for the P&L of the partnerships with four companies with a roadmap to expand to two more companies in 2019. The digital innovation team is responsible for not only engaging physician services but also to transition patient engagement.

Responsible for the Profit and Loss (P&L) of Microsoft’s Cyber Security commercial $1B line of business, working across the business groups of Cloud & Enterprise, Windows Devices Group, and Office. Direct management of seven full-time employees and indirect management of a 110-person worldwide technical business development team. Managing 3,800+ parts across 45+ programs. Expertly managing a P&L for a $900M+ annual budget. Managed 6 supply chain managers to coordinate with suppliers for capacity, supply, delivery schedule, and new product introduction. Partnering with 19 suppliers located in China, Vietnam, Philippines, Israel, etc.

Lead Procurement Officer for the FA-18 simulator program and laser guided weapons subject matter expert for all west coast FA-18s. F-14 and FA-18 Division Combat Pilot and leader of multiple maintenance divisions ranging in size from 36- 225. Planned and executed comprehensive pilot training and maintenance programs, while managing operational budget. Planned and led numerous combat operations while deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation Enduring Freedom, and Combat operations
