Defined concepts, analytic insights and user functionality needed to demonstrate the alpha/beta SaaS product concept to enable value-based contracting using Prometheus bundled payment analytics. Defined and documented product/data requirements to enable insightful analytic views/visualization views using D3 and Plot.ly. Oversaw and led both the UI/UX and Technical development teams for initial prototype product development.

Strengthened a start-up company's consulting delivery reputation by delivering initial projects for high profile clients consisting of Kaiser Permanente, Carolinas Healthcare, and BlueShield of California. Developed custom project delivery methodology from the ground up while leading and mentoring teams of contracted resources. Successfully delivered over $3 million of analytics strategy, JV due diligence/commercialization and information management consulting engagements.

-Responsible for developing informational and investor presentations for a proposed physician owned Accountable Care Organization (ACO).
-Researched, identified and documented ACO market trends, ACO gain-share models (both commercial and government), governance structure, regulatory and compliance requirements, attribution models, care models and other relevant components of establishing an ACO.

Worked with the medical director to develop the strategic product roadmap, business cases and enhancements for the Radiology Benefits Management (RBM) Product. Researched, identified and developed multiple intervention models to identify new methods of additional RBM value creation. Identified internal clinical adjudication improvement opportunities using data-driven analytical approach. Developed and documented new business model approaches for new market segment expansion.
