Market leader responsible for all business activities for CoreSite’s two data centers within Chicago including P&L, Sales, Marketing, Sales Engineering, Security, Construction, and daily operations. Fostered a culture of collaboration and teamwork.

Oversaw the Billing and Accounts Receivable function which consisted of 12 individuals and included the Lease Administration, Billing, Cash Application, and Account Resolution teams. Worked cross-functionally to implement new systems, lead reorganizations and process improvement initiatives, and ultimately increased efficiency of the team by 100%.

Managed a team of six individuals whom were responsible for Lease Administration, Billing, and Cash Application activities which involved providing regular coaching, guidance and support with regard to analyzing and resolving complex issues

Reviewed all new work orders and requests to disconnect services for accuracy against contracts prior to work being completed by the field, processed price adjustments and coordinated error resolution with customers and various internal departments, reviewed and resolved data exception reports related to work orders prior to the monthly recurring customer bill cycle
Worked closely with the Field Operations teams to perform service and billing audits to ensure accurate billing to customers
