Based in São Paulo and reported to CEO and Board of Directors. In charge of the Operations Planning, Customer Service, Procurement, Finance, HR and IT areas.

Based at the regional office in Miami, United States. Reported to the CEO for Latin America & the Global Product Senior Vice-President. Responsible for managing all customs brokerage and domestic / distribution services in 15 Latin American countries. Led an organization of 550 people and the complete P&L of €80 Million in gross sales. Developed and led the businesses strategies that delivered incremental €2 Million in EBIT results.

FedEx Operations and Planning Senior Manager – Mercosur
Based in the São Paulo office. Reported to the Director General of Mercosur Operations. Led the organization of 70 employees and at least another 1000 indirect contributors through key business partners. The main responsibilities of
this position included the management of the parcel distribution network in Brazil and the leadership over the strategic projects in the Mercosur.

Based in the FedEx World Headquarters in Memphis-TN, US. Supported top executives in conceiving, analyzing and executing International Growth Strategy, aimed to integrate all international divisions and reach a double-digit profit margin. Participated in the setup and management of the global-project portfolio (PMO).

Based in Campinas and reported to the Director of Mercosur Ops. Led an organization of over 90 people and was responsible for all import and export operations. As part of this function, was also the President of the Association of International Express Parcels Transportation Industry, ABRAEC.
