Partner with leadership across the business, including the Executive Leadership Team, to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) that assess WeWork’s most critical path to success and profitability. Build out data pipelines and transformations to evolve a centralized, cloud-based data lake, and integrate insights into the operations and customer lifecycle of WeWork via dashboards, Machine Learning products and proactive analysis. Build the foundation to motivate a data-centric culture.

Provide instruction and facilitation for Applied Analytics master's program, including courses on Analytics Strategy and Analytics in the Organizational Context. Taught over 150 students.

Course design and instruction for the Data Visualization and Infographics certificate program. Teach students across different levels of data literacy and experience to work with data to build out impactful visualizations. Taught over 80 students.
