Led change management effort for the transition of Finance and Procurement workstreams at Coca-Cola as it implemented SAP S/4 HANA to replace the supply chain's digital core. In this role, I provided my clients with the totality of impacts to expect for their people and the necessary actions to successfully transition.

Managed several project teams including:
* Microsoft Dynamics CRM development project. Applying agile practices to develop and deliver multiple applications to different product owners.
* Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) implementation to 39 unique labs across the enterprise. PMed a team of 10+ consultants and operated as a change management lead.
* Change management lead for a global rollout of an enterprise financial system to deploy into 48 countries.

Led improvement of grants management reporting processes for the generation, quality control, and delivery of 200+ reports monthly through developing improved documentation and creation of tracking processes to shorten delivery time by approximately 40% and increase accuracy. Planned and led assessment of client’s future workforce requirements for 2014-2019 through a Monte Carlo simulation that considered multiple workload factors.

Supported multiple PMOs and change management initiatives. The change management initiatives included the complete reorganization of a federal agency and an enterprise-wide culture change initiative.
