I worked with some of the nation’s most prominent health systems implementing technology-enabled process improvements and other consumer focused delivery efforts. I lead several major projects, working with other key members of the delivery and executive teams. I brought innovations to Divurgent's clients undergoing strategic planning, technology transitions, and optimization efforts.

I worked with new and existing Cerner clients to implement and optimize their Cerner Millennium Electronic Health Record systems. I focused on strategic planning, workflow optimization and regulatory compliance.

• Developed a Program Architect Office for a large IDN client within a National Health Organization, identifying talent for the office management, collaborating with executives to determine operations, and outlining and defining all the responsibilities
• Facilitated a technical assessment for the Medicare Part D Prescription Drug Plan readiness for a large healthcare insurance organization, ensuring for accessibility

• Integral to the consultation of key IT processes, including change control, environment validation and testing, domain management, and the integration of the application team and technical team, providing for operational cohesiveness
• Led the Foreign System Interface team by selecting and managing vendors, launching interfaces to support a new hospital with streamlined processes within 4 months

Worked with Cerner clients to implement Pharmacy and full EHR systems. During this time I built a practice of implementation consultants and architects supporting all major projects and client within the Southeast United States.
