-Defined the individual overall strategy for the 3 countries over 3 years highlighting the gaps in terms of demand alignment
-Accountable for the P&L of the 3 EU countries
-Responsible for the development of the Hotels.com brand as well as all the marketing channels and operations (SEM, SEO, Offline, ...)
