I also led the private equity division’s internal and external legal matters as well as marketing collateral creation.

Raymond James is a middle-market investment bank. I was the sole analyst, reporting directly to the managing director, on $470mm of sell-side M&A, buy-side M&A, private capital raising, and public capital raising mandates.
