• Conducted Strategy Phase cycle shadowing, stakeholder interviews and quantitative analysis to develop & agree IBP improvement recommendations, project approach and governance. Developed recommendations in 4 distinct areas: People, Process, Tools and Data.
• Led Transformation Phase to deliver recommendations through education and training of teams; meeting coaching and effectiveness monitoring; and results improvement tracking.
• Supported Demand Planning (SAP IBP) upgrade and Supply Planning (SAP IBP) implementation to ensure tools were configured to support IBP process requirements.
