- Advising Catholic Charities of New York on a strategy to create a more resilient and effective network of 90+ agencies
that delivers $800M in services to hundreds of thousands of individuals within New York.
- Advised Citi Card’s AML Oversight team on a process redesign of its KYC onboarding program to maximize
operational effectiveness and minimize risk to the bank. Served as the Project Leader.

- Led a client engagement team of 7+ people that implemented customized artificial intelligence solutions for a major insurance company and a leading asset manager.
- Created a product strategy and roadmap for the introduction of new chat features in the flagship AI product.
- Managed 2 SOWs totaling more than $1M. Supported business development efforts with the sales team to extend the reach and impact of our flagship AI solution.

- Identified an untapped market demand for a subscription lunch service among a cross-section of New York City
professionals, with an addressable market of approximately $2M within a 300 block area of Manhattan.
- Increased subscription levels by 200% within a few weeks after launch and maintained a CSAT of 100%.

- Led a strategic entitlements platform implementation that (1) cleared a Fed MRA regulatory finding that averted sanctions against the bank and (2) improved the management of entitlements risk related to segregation of duties (SoD)
that reduced man hours by 90%. Partnered with multiple stakeholder groups – business unit leads, information security, technology risk, and I.T. Created a governance structure and led a team of three people.
