Managed buyout team of five, which needed to evolve processes to adapt to the new solution. Required heavy change management lift and radical up-skilling of the team.
Business owner of in-house technology build to support the solution, liaising with business stakeholders, project managers and 3rd party developers throughout the process. Highly involved from writing of business specs, through to launch and live client implementations.
