• Co-led a high-value fundraising initiative with a top-5 global sovereign fund, and developed a strategic repositioning that increased the company's valuation from U$400M to U$900M.
• Appointed as Head of Planning and Control and Secretary to the board and executive committees, overseeing key decisions and execution, and reporting directly to the CEO/Chairman in New York. • After the cycle of investment and expansion, the business unit were sold for $1.5B.
